This policy describes how PromptMaster Pro (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our website, Chrome extension, and related services (including manual payment verification).

What we collect

• Checkout & orders: Name, email, phone number, payment method (bKash / Nagad / Rocket), amount, optional transaction ID, and plan details — submitted through our checkout form and stored securely on our backend for fulfillment.
• Extension usage: When you generate prompts, images may be sent to our API or third-party AI providers you configure (e.g. your own API keys). We do not use your images for advertising or sell them.
• Contact form: Name, email, subject, and message content.
• Technical data: Standard server logs, approximate location (country) for currency display, and identifiers used for rate limits or device activation as described in our product settings.

How we use data

We use order and contact information to verify payments, activate subscriptions, respond to support requests, and comply with law. AI inference is used only to produce text prompts from images you submit.

Retention

We retain order and account-related records as needed for billing disputes, fraud prevention, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize where appropriate.

Third parties

We may use infrastructure providers (e.g. cloud hosting, email delivery) that process data on our behalf under contract. AI providers process images only to return generated text.
