Thank you for purchasing PromptMaster Pro. We want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for both local (bKash / Nagad / Rocket) and international (Paddle / Card) payments.
Refunds — bKash / Nagad / Rocket (Bangladesh)
You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if:
- The extension does not function as described on our website
- You experience a critical technical issue that our support team cannot resolve
- You were charged incorrectly or experienced a billing error
Refunds for manual payments are processed back to the original bKash / Nagad / Rocket number used for payment within 5–7 business days after approval.
Refunds — Paddle (International Card / PayPal)
For purchases made via Paddle.com (international card, PayPal, Google Pay), the following applies:
- You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the service does not work as described.
- Paddle acts as Merchant of Record — refunds are processed by Paddle directly back to your original payment method.
- Once a refund is approved, Paddle typically processes it within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
- Paddle may have their own buyer protection policies — see Paddle's Refund Policy.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- More than 14 days have passed since your purchase
- You simply changed your mind or no longer need the product
- You have extensively used the service before requesting a refund
- Your account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service
- Chargebacks or disputes filed without first contacting us
