Privacy Policy

This page explains, in simple terms, what PromptMaster Pro collects, why, where it is kept, and who helps us run the service. It covers our website, browser extension and payments. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

What We Collect

Account. Your email address, to activate your plan and send your activation key.

Payments. Card payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy; we receive your email and the payment confirmation, never your card details. For bKash or Nagad, we collect your email, name, the number you paid from and the Transaction ID to verify your order.

Extension use. A random ID created when you install the extension (to link it to your plan and count your daily prompts), how many prompts you generate each day, and whether each generation succeeded, with your plan and approximate country.

Website Image to Prompt. Free use is counted by IP address: we keep only a one-way hash of it with a daily count, deleted within 32 days of your last free prompt. Each free request is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile to stop bots. When you are signed in, prompts count toward your plan's daily limit, the same as in the extension.

Images. When you generate a prompt, the image (or its web address) is sent to our server and our AI providers to create the prompt. We do not store your images or prompts.

Your own API keys (Silver plan). Saved in your browser (in the extension or on our website). Each time you generate or check a key, your key is sent over an encrypted connection to our server, used only to make that request to Groq or Google Gemini, and never stored or logged.

Stored only on your device. Your settings, prompt history and your last 20 website results (with small image previews) stay in your browser.

Technical data. Your IP address and approximate country, used to show the right currency and prevent abuse.

Website visits. Google Analytics records pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location.

Contact form. Your name, email and message, so we can reply.

How We Use It

To activate and run your plan, enforce daily limits, prevent abuse and fraud, process payments and send receipts, reply to you, and understand how visitors use our website.

Keeping Your Data

Data is stored with Cloudflare and our database provider Neon. Account and order records are kept while your account is active and for as long as accounting or tax law requires. Daily usage counters reset every day, and abuse flags expire within 7 days. We delete your personal data within 30 days of a deletion request. All data travels over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections, and only our team can access it.

Who We Share It With

Only the services that run PromptMaster Pro, and only the data each one needs: Lemon Squeezy (payments), Groq and Google Gemini (prompt generation), Cloudflare (servers, storage and the Turnstile bot check), Neon (database), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (emails) and Google Analytics (website statistics).
